Luwjistik walked away with the “Supply Chain Innovator of the Year” at the prestigious Supply Chain Asia Awards 2023, held in Singapore.
Luwjistik was conferred the award in the Startup category by the Supply Chain Asia award committee for creating technologies that have helped companies in the logistics industry start, grow, and enhance their supply chains. In particular, the committee was impressed by Luwjistik’s innovative Smart Routing International (SRI). This tool automatically selects the cheapest or fastest carrier for every order, depending on each client’s requirements. That way, clients consistently get the best delivery experience that saves time and money without lifting a finger.
“This is a hugely significant moment for Luwjistik, a company founded only two years ago, to be recognised for its vision and efforts in elevating the logistics and retail sectors in Southeast Asia. We started Luwjistik because we saw technology as the solution to many of the industry’s longer-term challenges,” said Syed Ali Ridha Madihid, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Luwjistik.

To this date, Luwjistik has helped clients facilitate over 100,000 orders with nearly 100,000kg in delivery volume every month and over SG1.5 million in value over the past year.

The strengths of the Luwjistik platform and its proven benefits led Shippit to acquire Luwjistik for USD 11.3 million in 2022.

The award ceremony was held on November 3, 2023, at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel in Singapore.
